Here is your chance to learn the game of volleyball. This 10 week session with practices conducted once a week will help you get to know the game with its basic skills: passing, setting, serving and spiking. It will be fulfilled with many fun games and drills. All drills will be tailored to fit students regardless of skill level, experience and fitness.
You will have a chance to learn:
Court Movement techniques
Different types of serve
3 steps hitting approach
Bow and Arrow position
Volleyball basic game rules
Class is 1 hour. Ten Week Session runs January 3rd through March 7th 2011.
